In this paper, we recognize any plan of evacuation as a scenario and try to develop a supporting system based on Petri net simulator developed by the authors in order to examine alternative hypotheses from various points of view. Firstly, we point out Petri net has fundamental power to describe various scenarios as chain of relevant events and show basic Petri net models for evacuation planning. Next, we demonstrate construction of evacuation net in a building and execution of its simulation as practical supporting level. Also, we show practical procedure to deploy alternative scenario simulation proposed by critical and constructive discussion.
