抄録

At about 200°C, tartaric acid alkali salts are completely decomposed in phosphoric acid and potassium iodate mixed solution, and they react on the oxidant (KIO₃) quantitatively.<br>From the amount of oxidant (KIO₃) that present in the phosphoric acid after tartaric acid alkali salts are all decomposed by the above reaction, the tartaric acid alkali salts in cyanide copper bath can be determined.
