Abstract
The congestion pricing has been introduced as an effective scheme of transport demand management in urban area. The impact on individual trip makers should be analysed in the study. The two stages of travel pattern are assumed: Firstly the reaction of trip maker to the congestion pricing is estimated. The fuzzy reasoning based model estimates the change of the first trip as an option of trip makers. Secondly, the travel pattern is derived with the travel behaviour model with fuzzy logic. The essential changes of travel patterns are summarized with example cases after two stages estimation of fuzzy travel behaviour model is established.
