Abstract
In recent years, the computable general equilibrium analysis which faithfully reproduced the Warlas system has been widely used as the evaluation technique of infrastructure plan.<BR>This study aims at performing sensitivity analysis of benefit evaluation for the road investment in consideration of a future social economy environmental change such as the population reduction and the economic growth of East Asia area in the future.<BR>Specifically, it suggests the methodology to model the influence of a future social economic scenario conformably to the conventional spatial general equilibrium model and to carry out the actual empirical analysis.
