抄録

Typical toxic epidermal necrolysis was seen in a 18-year-old girl after she took a medicine for colds including aspirin (AS). Patch test to AS and lymphocyte transformation test AS were negative. AS was thought to be a causative drug as porovocation tests by other ingredients than AS were negative. Provocation by AS was not done.
