Abstract
We demonstrate the method to construct the fault model that generates specific strong motion to a specific point in a deterministic manner.The fault slip influence coefficient (CFS) newly proposed and directivity amplification coefficient (Crup) are derivedfrom theoretical fault analysis in Full-space.The asperity allocation problem is set as a maximization problem of sum of C FS*C rup. By comparing the ground motions that obtained by the parametric method and that by the deterministic method (maximization problem), we show the validity of the deterministic method.
