抄録
A new pyridone-carboxylic acid derivative, T-3262, was administered for 4-21 days at a daily dose of 300mg to 17 patients, cases included 2 of acute pharyngitis, 10 of acute bronchitis, 4 of acute pneumonia and 1 of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.<BR>Clinical effect was good in 16 cases and undetermined in 1. The total efficacy rate was 100.0%.<BR>As regards side effects, palpebral edema and skin eruption were observed in 1 patient with acute pneumonia. Laboratory findings revealed slight elevation of S-GPT in 2 patients and of LDH in 1 patient.
