抄録

A personal view on current problems of the integration of the elderly medicare systems in Japan was described<br>An active and constructive insistence from medical point of views has urgently been needed to promote the efficient integration of the elderly medicare, health and welfare systems.<br>A strategic approach on two aspects of this problem, the systematization of the elderly medicare itself and the integration of the elderly medicare, health and welfare systems was pre-sented and discussion was made on current problems in dispute.
