耳鼻咽喉科領域感染症におけるTazobactam/Piperacillin (TAZ/PIPC)の薬効評価

抄録

新しいβ-lactamase阻害剤Tazobactam (TAZ) を配合したTazobactam/Piperacillin (TAZ/PIPC) の耳鼻咽喉科領域における臨床的検討を中耳炎, 副鼻腔炎, 扁桃炎, 扁桃周囲炎, 扁桃周囲膿瘍を対象に行つた.<BR>総投与例数は159例で臨床効果解析対象例は139例であつた. その内訳は中耳炎36例, 副鼻腔炎32例, 扁桃炎33例, 扁桃周囲炎・扁桃周囲膿瘍38例であつた. 臨床効果は中耳炎で75%, 副鼻腔炎91%, 扁桃炎91%, 扁桃周囲炎・扁桃周囲膿瘍92 %あつた.<BR>単独田感染の田消失率は, グラム陽性菌で95%, グラム陰性田で87%, 嫌気性田で100%, 複数菌感染で94%, 全体で94.3%であつた. また, 菌株毎の菌の消長は全菌株で96.0%, β-lactamase産生株で91.2%であつた.<BR>副作用は, 156例中7例 (4.5%) に認められた. 臨床検査値の異常変動は, 137例中13例 (9.5%) に認められた.<BR>以上の結果よりTazobactam/Piperacillinは耳鼻咽喉科領域感染症に対し有用性の高い薬剤であると思われた.
