抄録

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>For functional inhibition of RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC), we examined inhibitors called “twist-silencing oligonucleotides (TSO)” containing a linker moiety at the center position of oligonucleotides targeting guide strands in RISC. We found that TSO enhanced the inhibitory effects against RISC function. The concept described in this study may be promising and applicable to regulate small RNA functions.</jats:p>
