- Phthalocyanine Solar Cells
抄録
The structure, property, and principle of photovoltaic cells using phthalocyanine thin films are described. They are classified into two groups, namely, dry and wet cells. Vacuum evaporation, particle dispersion in a polymer binder, and electrodeposition have been used as the fabrication methods of pigment films. Several topics related to recent improvements of the performance of phthalocyanine photovoltaic cells are presented. Problems preventing further developments in the field are also discussed.
