Abstract

米スマートグリッド市場参入の為の新しい競争戦略を策定した。<br>米では政府の政策(2009年ARRA景気刺激策: US$ 48.7 billion)により、パワーグリッド/スマートグリッド向け事業機会が誕生し、世界の景気回復の為の原動力になりつつある。<br>しかし、これまでの既存/伝統的市場とは違い、当該市場はベンチャーまた異業種からの参入企業をも交えたグローバルな規模での厳しい競争状況の中、新しくかつ複雑な性質を有しており、筆者の市場プレイヤーへのインタビューを含む市場調査・分析によると、市場参入の為にはこれまでの持続的/伝統的戦略を超えた新しい破壊的な戦略の策定が必須である事が判明した。

<u>Development of a new competitive strategy for entering the U.S. Smart grid market was undertaken through market analysis and industry player interviews.</u><br> Due to the large US federal government stimulus package for power/smart grid investment of approximately US$48.7 billion (ARRA stimulus package), large business opportunities have emerged which have the potential to drive world economic recovery. However, competition, which is emerging as completely different from existing rivalry, is intensifying on a global scale with entry by ventures and firms from other industries. Accordingly, we found that an innovative and disruptive strategy, beyond a sustainable one that is along the lines of traditional business, is necessary to enter the US market, the forefront of energy innovation.
