Abstract

In the job market for new graduates in Japan, the batch employment system has been carried out for a long time, and many companies and students are performing adoption and job hunting activities. However, it is difficult to grasp the detailed motion inside the market. In this research, the process of job matching was clarified using the agent-based simulation (ABS). <br>As a result, it was shown that the factor which is confusing the job market is the difference of distribution of a students' level and distribution of the companies' level. Furthermore, it became clear how the result of job-hunting activities changes by the differences in the students' behavioral trait. Now, it was able to show how students should tackle their job-hunting activities.
