Abstract
Phosphazene is famous for phosphorus-nitrogen compound. We prepared sodium cyclo-tetra-μ -imido-tetraphosphate by using hydrolysis reaction with sodium acetate.<BR>The cyclo-tetra- μ -imido-tetraphosphate which has the structure replaced bridging oxygen to P-NH-P bond. This compound can be considered as a precursor of the phosphate glass containing nitrogen and flame retardant. This work describes syntheses and properties of cyclo- imido-phosphate. The samples prepared at 250 and 300°C has high electric conductivity of 1×10-3 Scm-1. It is considered that value is enough high as a powder samples.
