Abstract
To obtain the surface strain of a rough object by phase-shifting digital holography, the information of normal line of the object surface is required. The information can be obtained by measuring the shape of an object. In phase-shifting digital holography, placing the grid pattern on the optical path of object light can project the grating on the object surface. The grating projected on an object is reconstructed on the reconstructed image. In this research, shape measurement technique using fringe projection method in phase-shifting digital holography is proposed.
