Abstract

職務設計の動機づけ効果について検討した.先行研究は個人レベルの仕事の内容にのみ注目し,他者と相互依存的に仕事をすることがもたらす動機づけ効果と同時に検討してこなかった.また先行研究は内的動機づけに検討範囲を限定し,他者の存在によって喚起される動機づけへの影響も検討していない.本研究では質問票調査を通じて,これらの要因の関係性について検討した.

In this study, we discuss motivational effects of interdependent job design. Previous studies focus on job content alone at an individual level and ignore the motivational effects of interdependence in the work processes. In addition, the studies pay attention only to internal motivation. As a result, they overlook other types of motivation in considering the motivational effects of job design. In this study, we focus on not only internal motivation but also motivation from others. To this end, an explorative investigation has been carried out through quantitative research.
