Points<br> ①第VIII 因子（FVIII）の主要産生部位は，血管内皮細胞である．<br> ② 血管内皮細胞の中でもとくに肝類洞内皮細胞（liver sinusoidal endothelial cells: LSECs）が重要である．<br> ③ FVIII のフォン・ヴィレブランド因子（von Willebrand factor: VWF）との主要な結合部位はVWF D′ドメインに存在する．<br> ④ FVIII の安定化のためにはVWF D′D3 ドメイン全体が必要である．<br> ⑤ VWF のD′ ドメインに存在するtrypsin-inhibitor-like（TIL′）領域の構造が特にFVIII との結合に重要である．<br>
