Abstract

本研究ではダイヤモンドペレット(DP)を用いた低速領域での定圧研削加工において,特に,単一DPを用いた場合の研削加工特性に及ぼす諸要因を明らかにすることを目的としている.ここでは,定圧・低速研削加工において研削量と研削距離の相関関係をDP直径,研削速度,研削時間をパラメータとして検討した結果を述べる.

Diamond pellets (DP) are expected to be one of the effective tool for applying to fixed abrasive lapping methods. However, when considering the lapping by the DP, there are a few studies which has been discussed in low lapping speed such as a 4-way fixed abrasive lapping system. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the single DP lapping characteristics in the low lapping speed experimentally. This paper discusses the correlation relationship between the lapping amount and the DP lapping distance as parameters of among DP diameter, DP wear characteristics, lapping speed, lapping efficiency and lapping time. It is clear that there are not strongly correlation between the DP lapping distance and efficiency, however, there are slightly correlation between DP wear and efficiency.
