Abstract
This research proposes both a new development framework and a method for evaluation ofthe business game for business game developers. The objectives of proposing a new development framework are two hold: First, one can develop a business game in mind which captures the features of the business acculately. Second, such a game enables players to understand of distinctions of business. While the latter aspect of this study aims at measuring the players' understandings about the structures and factors in the business games by employing anew "form of understanding of business game" and at clarifying what business games maximizes edcuational effects.
