抄録

 This paper discusses the energy equilibrium of the elastic single-mass system when it resonates, and presents the simple equation of the reduction factor by damping. The paper also discusses the effect of elasto-plastic behavior by using swept wave proposed in the paper in order to excite resonance to the system, and presents the equation of the reduction factor considering that effect.<br> Finally, the paper shows that the time history analytical results of elasto-plastic systems excellently agree with those calculated by the proposed equation of energy and response acceleration.
