Abstract
<p>By employing the integral formulation of dielectric tensor, we have introduced the kinetic full wave analysis of ordinary-extraordinary-Bernstein (O-X-B) mode conversion in tokamak plasma in one dimension on the basis of TASK/W1 code using the finite element method. The boundary value problem of Maxwell's equation is solved and the finite Larmor radius effects are represented by integral formulation. The O-X-B mode conversion and the absorption near the cyclotron harmonic resonance are successfully described.</p>
