Abstract
<p>In this paper, we discuss estimation method of a nano-satellite (HIT-SAT) spin rate using received power strength data at about 830 km away two locations. The estimation method of received data at a single location was announced. It was difficult to collect a long-term data of a low orbit nano-satellite. It is found that the proposed method by using to collect a shot-term data can estimate HIT-SAT spin rate.</p>
