Abstract

The existence of a dangerous vacant house is a social problem with the surrounding area, and the immediate dismantlement removal is hoped for. This study understands the condition of the cases of demolition in the municipality in 3 prefectures within Hokuriku Region for the problem related to the removal of a dangerous vacant house, and then aims to consider the ideal way to remove the dangerous vacant house with demolition smoothly. For "ones with complex relation of right" in dangerous vacant houses, it is important to prepare the system for proper management of a dangerous vacant house that is owner's obligation by the project provided with a clear certificate standard. For "Owners not resourceful", it is important to urge the removal by the owner with cordial support.
