Abstract
Various flexible neural probes with sufficient flexibility to achieve minimally invasive interfacing have been developed. Some have micro-fluidic channels useful for injecting chemicals into neural tissues and other purposes. A rat car system is introduced as an application of a neural interface system in which signals recorded from a rat motor cortex are used to control a car.
