果物を対象とした初心者のための鉛筆デッサン学習支援システム A Study Support System for Beginners' Pencil Sketches of Fruit

Abstract

現在,絵画に関するシステムにおいて,絵を描く道具は提供されているが,絵を描くための技術を向上できる機能が備わったシステムはまだ存在しない.そのため,我々は,絵画の基本である鉛筆デッサンに注目し,まず,皿とグラスを描画対象(モチーフ)とする学習支援システムを開発した.皿とグラスではデッサンの基本を学べるが,学習者にとって面白いモチーフではない.そこで,本稿では果物モチーフを扱える鉛筆デッサン学習支援システムを提案する.前システムと同様に,輪郭と陰影に分けて段階的に評価を行う.特に,果物をモチーフとする輪郭デッサンの評価について,皿とグラスをモチーフとした場合と異なる処理を中心に述べる.また,評価実験の結果も報告する.

Currently, there is no system that can improve users' skill to draw pictures, although many digital tools for pictures are provided. We have been paying attention to pencil sketch which is a basis of art activities. We developed a study support system for beginners' pencil sketches of a plate and a glass. The motif, a plate and a glass, is good for learning basic sketches. It is, however, not interesting for learners usually. We propose a system for beginners' pencil sketches of fruit. The system evaluates sketches in each phase of outline and shading the same as the previous system. In this paper, we explain the details of the system for outline sketches of fruit which has different processing from the previous system. We also report the result of the evaluation experiment.
