Abstract

戦略論の分野では、社会変化を踏まえたダイナミックなイノベーション戦略にかかわる戦略策定プロセスやプラットフォーム戦略の重要性が指摘されている。ビジネススクールにおいて、ゲーミングによってダイナミック戦略の理論をためす際の方法を提案し、実施事例を示す。戦略を表現する定性入力と財務的な定量出力を組み合わせ、戦略理論の言明を反証しうるゲーミングモデルを用いることで、戦略理論が持つ抽象性と、実践的具体性との結合を図ることができる。

Theory of corporate strategy currently focuses on strategy formulation of dynamic innovation strategy and platform strategy. This paper proposes a methodology to examine theory of dynamic strategy with gaming, and provides an example of its usage in a business school. The gaming model of the game has qualitative input to represent a strategy and quantitative output to describe financial results. By using such models, we can integrate the abstract nature of theory of strategy and practical and concrete implication for managers.
