送迎の有無が自動車依存地域住民の外出行動に及ぼす影響の分析 Analysis of out home touring behavior at the car dependent area considering joint-trips

Abstract

本研究では,高齢社会を迎えた中山間地域を対象に,送迎行動の有無が送迎提供可能者,高齢者双方の外出行動に与える影響について分析した.今後少子高齢化が進行した時に予想される送迎提供者の減少や高齢者を送迎する機会の増加,生活関連施設の整備水準の変化を想定し,外出行動の変化について分析を行なった.その結果,自動車依存型地域住民の活動利便性を担保するためには,送迎提供可能者の長距離移動を回避するための世帯を超えたコミュニティとして送迎を行うシステムの提供や,利用者の減少による生活関連施設の閉鎖を抑制するなどの対策が必要なことが示された.

 The purpose of this paper is to clarify the mobility factors at car dependent area from the perspectives of transportation service receptors and providers in household. Using the dataset collected in Shimane prefecture, the nested logit model composed of out-home activity choice and touring destination choice was estimated. The estimated model showed that the opportunity of out-home activity in transportation provider's is decreased by the making joint-trips. The simulation analysis showed that the distance between the residential area and daily-used facilities should be shortened; or the community-based transportation system should be introduced in order to keep the mobility of both the transportation receptors and providers in the car dependent area.
