買い物行動における「楽しさ」に影響を及ぼす要因に関する研究 Study on Determinants of Joyfulness of Shopping Behavior

Abstract

都市・交通に関わる各種施策の検討・評価にあたっては,物質的環境や行動の変化に与える影響はもとより,人々の心的状態を顧慮する必要がある.まちの雰囲気や活力等計量化し難い社会的,人文的側面にも繋がりうる重要な要素であると考えられるからである.本研究では,買い物行動における楽しさに着目し,その影響要因について,国内3都市で実施した調査の分析を行い検討した.分析の結果,平日と休日の買い物の楽しさの規定因については差異が存在すること,居住地域への愛着の水準や買い物行動における交通機関の差異,当該買い物行動への同伴の有無が,買い物行動中の「楽しさ」の水準に影響を及ぼす可能性が示唆された.

 Emotional state, of people, is important element for planning and assessment for urban management, as well as material and behavioral aspect. This is important because we can consider the atmosphere or energy of places with these factors. In spite of such importance, influence on people's affect has got less attention. This study focused on the joyfulness of shopping behavior and analyzing the data from questionnaire survey that have been conducted in domestic cities. Results suggest that travel mode for shopping, place attachment, and accompany person affect the level of joyfulness during shopping. Difference of determinants between weekday and weekend are also implied.
