Abstract

<p> 本稿は,リーダーの変革型リーダーシップがフォロワーの組織市民行動へ及ぼす影響のメカニズムを検討した.具体的には,先行研究では理論的な示唆にとどまっていた,組織と個人との結びつきに関するフォロワーの知覚に着目した.そのことを踏まえ,本稿は組織コミットメントに着目し,マルチレベル分析によりその媒介効果を検討した.その結果,組織コミットメントが,変革型リーダーシップと組織市民行動を媒介することが示された.</p>

<p>This paper investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. The paper focuses on individuals' perceptions of the psychological bond with organizations, in particular, as previous studies have mainly examined dyadic relationships and premised that people are aware of their relationship with their organizations when they are engaged in organizational citizenship behavior. Considering this, the paper explores the role of a mediator that organizational commitment plays by using multilevel analysis. The results show that transformational leadership has an effect through organizational commitment on the followers' organizational citizenship behavior.</p>
