Abstract

<p>脳卒中急性期において,ロボットスーツHAL が効果的な病態を把握するために,HAL 介入試験のプロトコルの実行可能性と安全性を評価するとともに,HAL による介入効果を検証した.【方法】脳卒中急性期患者36 例に対し,HAL の段階的治療プログラムの実行可能性と安全性,および身体機能,日常生活動作の評価を行った.【結果】HAL 介入前後において,歩行速度,12 段階片麻痺機能評価,NIHSS,Barthel index,motor FIM の有意な改善を認めた.それらは,HAL による歩行動作介入の開始と,25 m/min 以上の歩行速度の獲得に有意に関係していた.【考察と結語】脳卒中急性期において,HAL による段階的治療プログラムを安全に実行することができた.身体機能と日常生活動作の評価は,HAL による立位・歩行介入の効果を評価するうえで,有用であった.</p>

<p>We evaluated the feasibility and safety protocol of the HAL intervention study to analyze the clinical condition that HAL was effective in the acute phase of stroke, and tested an intervention effect by the HAL. Method: A feasibility and safety as well as physical function and the activities of daily living in the stepped functional recovery program of HAL was evaluated for the 36 patients with stroke in the acute phase. Results: In the comparison between before and after HAL intervention, walking speed, 12-grade hemiplegia functional tests, NIHSS, Barthel index, and motor FIM showed a significant improvement. They were significantly associated with the initiation of the ambulation activity intervention by HAL, and the acquisition of walking speed 25 m/min or more. Discussion and Conclusion: A feasibility and safety of the stepped functional recovery program by HAL was proved in an acute stroke. Physical function and activities of daily living were useful in evaluating an intervention effect of stand- and ambulation- activity by HAL.</p>
