Abstract

<p><tt>アントシアニン類色素のデルフィニジン—</tt>3<tt>—グルコシドとシアニジン—</tt>3<tt>—グルコシドが主な含有色素である黒ブドウ「スチューベン」の冷凍果皮を染色材料とし,</tt>Mg<sup>2+</sup><tt>,</tt>Al<sup>3+</sup><tt>,</tt>Ca<sup>2+</sup><tt>,</tt>Ti<sup>4+</sup><tt>,</tt>Fe<sup>3+</sup><tt>,</tt>Cu<sup>2+</sup><tt> の</tt>6 <tt>種類の金属を媒染剤として,絹布,綿布ならびに羊毛布の染色を行った.繊維,媒染剤および媒染液濃度を変えることにより種々の色彩の染色布が得られた.これらの染色布の色彩は分光式色彩計で</tt>CIE L<sup>*</sup>a<sup>*</sup>b<sup>*</sup><tt> 値を測定し,</tt>ΔE<sup>*</sup><tt> で表した.</tt>Al<sup>3+</sup><tt>,</tt>Ti<sup>4+</sup><tt>,</tt>Fe<sup>3+</sup><tt> および</tt>Cu<sup>2+</sup><tt> 媒染により染色布の洗濯堅ろう度(変退色)ならびに抗菌性が,</tt>Fe<sup>3+</sup><tt> および</tt>Cu<sup>2+</sup><tt> 媒染により耐光堅ろう度が格段に向上することがわかった.これらの染色布について,結晶構造,表面形態,表面原子濃度および熱挙動等の構造を種々の方法で調べた.その結果,染色による大きな損傷や構造変化は認められなかった.</tt></p>

<p>Silk, cotton and wool fabrics were dyed using extract from the frozen skin of a kind of black grape"<i>steuben</i>", which contains delphinidin-3-glucoside and cyanidin-3-glucoside of anthocyanins, with sixtypes of mordant including Mg<sup>2+</sup>, Al<sup>3+</sup>, Ca<sup>2+</sup>, Ti<sup>4+</sup>, Fe<sup>3+</sup> and Cu<sup>2+</sup>. Various colored fabrics wereobtained by changing the types of fiber, mordant and the concentration of the mordant. The colorsof the fabrics were measured with a spectrophotometer and expressed according to the CIELAB colorsystem and ΔE<sup>*</sup> value. It was revealed that mordant treatment with Al<sup>3+</sup>, Ti<sup>4+</sup>, Fe<sup>3+</sup> and Cu<sup>2+</sup> ionsespecially enhanced color fastness to washing (color change) and antibacterial properties of the dyedfabrics. The treatment with Fe<sup>3+</sup> and Cu<sup>2+</sup> ions enhanced color fastness to light. Themeasurements of structure of the individual fibers, including crystal phases, surface morphology,surface atomic ratios <i>etc</i>., showed that the dyeing caused no significant damages and changes to the fabrics.</p>
