This paper proposes a 4×8 matrix to analyze and visualize the coverage of an educational material, i.e. collection of articles on science and technology innovation (STI) education. The matrix (named STI matrix), consisting of 4 stages of STI in raw and 8 processes of STI in column, is utilized to describe the coverage of each article of the educational material, which is composed of the following three parts; The part I, II and III describes the background, the skills and examples of STI activities respectively. The analysis clearly visualized not only the covered topics but also not-covered topics in the material. Further study should be done to revise the educational material based on the visualized results.
