Abstract

トンネル施工中の坑内は,発破,機械掘削,吹付け作業により高濃度粉じんの暴露状況にあり,濃度低減のための様々な換気対策が提案されている.近年,新たな換気方式として伸縮風管を用いて汚染空気を直接捕集する「吸引捕集方式(送気・吸引捕集式)」が注目され,多くのトンネル建設現場で採用され始めている.また,従来の希釈封じ込め方式に物理的な遮蔽体を併用し,経済的な換気が行われた事例もある.しかしながら,これらの換気対策における設備の合理的な設計には更なる検討が必要である.本研究では,実構造物と同じ換気環境の再現が可能なトンネル模型を用いて室内風洞実験を行い,吸引捕集方式および遮蔽体を併用した希釈封じ込め方式の合理的な換気設備条件,捕集効率の向上について検討を行った.

 The new ventilation system for reducing the dust concentration has developing in order to cope with the enlargement of the cross section of the mountain tunnel. Now a new ventilation method called “the dust collection system with air supply and suction” is proposed at various sites. This method is expected large dust collection effect by isolating the dirty and clean air to form the wall of air flow called “Air curtain” by using dust collector near the tunnel face. However, this method is experimental method, it is necessary to clear the optimal design of ventilation system. The indoor wind tunnel experiments were executed the formation characteristic of “Air curtain” by the wind tunnel experiment. And, the possibility of further improvement of dust collection efficiency is examined by in-site experiment at the tunneling site.
