Abstract

<p>放射線化学の全貌を理解するためには,放射線照射直後から引き起こされる化学初期反応過程の解明と初期反応によって生成された中間活性種の検出,収量の正確な測定が必要不可欠である。本章には,高速パルスラジオリシスの測定技術とそれを用いた短寿命中間活性種の検出について概説する。</p>

<p>The direct observation of short-lived intermediate species would be very significant for understanding of primary reactions or processes in radiation chemistry. An ultrafast pulse radiolysis is a powerful technique that has the potential to probe the kinetics and reactions of the intermediate species with femtosecond/pico-second temporal resolution. In this report, we also presented some demonstrations of observation of hydrated and pre-hydrated electrons in water using pulse radiolysis technique.</p>
