Abstract
われわれはこれまで，骨形成因子（BMP）を用いて<I>in vitro</I>で未成熟筋組織から軟骨誘導を試みてきた．その結果，特にe-PTFE膜をscaffoldとした場合には良好な結果を得ることが可能となった．現在は，骨組織誘導を試みており，培養2週間後には骨芽細胞様細胞と類骨からなる骨様組織が誘導された．さらに，この誘導骨様組織をラット背部皮下に移植したところ，移植2週間後には骨化することが確認できた．
