放射線照射後の象牙質の引張強さと被削性 Tensile strength and machinability of dentin after irradiation

Abstract
放射線治療後の口腔内ではしばしば重篤なう蝕が観察される．これらの歯の切削時には非常に削れ易いとの報告がある．そこで，牛歯に口腔領域のがん治療に使用される60Gyのガンマ線を照射し，照射後の引張強さおよび被削性を照射直後と照射1年後に測定，検討したところ，興味ある知見がえれれたので報告する．
