- 新規(Ca, Sr, Eu)系チオシリケート蛍光体の合成とその発光特性
Abstract
A series of samples in Ca-Sr-Eu-Si-S systems has been prepared by an advanced chemical method to explore for new possible compositions utilizable for phosphor applications. It led us to find a new phosphor with a composition, (Ca, Sr, Eu)SiS3. This phosphor showed a broad emission band with maximum at 626 nm with the corresponding excitation maximum at 440 nm.
