• ダイヤモンドのレーザー加工表面のナノ-ミクロ構造観察

Abstract

ナノ秒パルス近紫外レーザーを用いて，単結晶およびナノ多結晶ダイヤモンドのレーザー加工を行い，加工表面の微細組織について観察を行った．いずれの試料においても，加工表面はsp2カーボンの複合層状ユニットによって覆われていた．各ユニットの微細構造観察を通して，ダイヤモンドのレーザーアブレーションプロセスについて考察する．
