- イオン結合末端を有する極薄膜PFPE潤滑剤のDLC表面への吸着特性
Abstract
<p>Affinity to DLC surface of two types of PFPE lubricant films were compared. One lubricant material (SNH2) was Deminaum main-chain with single ionic end-group and other lubricant material (Z-tetraol) was Fomblin main-chain with double hydroxyl end-groups. SNH2 showed much thicker lubricant thickness than Z-tetraol at the same lubricant concentration. However, SNH2 showed larger polar surface energy than Z-tetraol. The reason was estimated that the ionic function had stronger polarity and that polarity increased the polar surface energy.</p>
