- A channel device generating multilayer tubular structure <i>in situ</i> delivering nutrients
抄録
<p>This paper reports a novel method of generating multilayer tubular structures by using a coaxial channel device which can in situ deliver liquid through the tubular structure. The device has four inlets for the 1st sodium alginate, the 2nd sodium alginate, calcium chloride, and culture liquid. And it has a coaxial outlet which includes a glass capillary, the cross-linking occurred while the solutions ejected around the glass capillary in which culture liquid flow. The multilayer tubular structures are generated spontaneously, extruding out of the outlet. And we succeeded in controlling the ratio of the outer diameter and the wall thickness of 1-layer tubular structure by altering flow rates in the channel device.</p>
