Abstract
<p> In Computer Supported Collaborative Learning research,gaining a guideline to carry out appropriate scaffolding by analyzing mechanism of successful collaborative interaction and extracting indicators to identify groups where collaborative process is not going well,can be considered as the most important preoccupation,both for research and for educational implementation. For the process analysis,coding and statistical analysis to chat data are often adopted as a research method. In this research,we developed a method for automating highly accurate coding by deep learning technology,and its accuracy and effectiveness was evaluated. As a result,it became clear that our method realizes the high accuracies outperforming the machine learning baselines. In addition,the feasibility of analysis of collaborative processes and instructional intervention in real time,was suggested.</p>
