Abstract

<p> 組織行動論はこれまで,個人の能力獲得を規定する要因として個人要因と集団要因を考慮してきたが,小売業の店頭従業員においては所属する店舗の市場環境が影響を与える可能性が高い.そこで,本論文では個人の能力獲得に影響を与える要因として,個人・集団要因に加えて市場要因を考慮した分析枠組みを構築して実証分析を行った.その結果,個人の能力獲得には市場要因が直接的・間接的に影響を与えていることが明らかになった.</p><p></p>

<p>This article aims to discuss the market factor that impacts on the relationship between individual acquiring ability and personal/group factors. An empirical investigation into retail store employees was conducted for this purpose. The result of multi-level analysis reveals the following two effects: the direct effect of market factor on individual acquiring ability and the moderate effect of market factor on the relationship between individual acquiring ability and personal factor.</p>
