Abstract

In the high technology society and globalized society, concept of literacy has changed to new one including critical thinking, meta-recognition and digital literacy. Rubric for school librarian and teacher librarian is needed to change the social context, to support school standards and school library standards, and to develop those librarian staff. This paper is one of research results on international and national trends. We introduce some preview on rubrics of Colorado and Louisiana in the USA.
