Abstract

<p>This research focuses on product categorization within category uncertainty. The purpose is to demonstrate cognitive condition in product categorization by applying fuzzy theory. This analysis attempts to develop the model based on the function of category membership, which captures product categorization within category uncertainty. The results suggest that product categorization in category uncertainty has(1) cognitive heterogeneity among consumers and (2) the effects on the evaluations of a multiple-category product.</p>
