Abstract
Wakimoto hoard was discovered in Wakimoto section of Shiriuchi Town located on the Oshima Peninsula in the southwestern part of Hokkaido in of 1951 or 1952. Wakimoto hoard contains two Vietnamese coins. One is the Thiên Phúc Trấn Bảo of Early Lê Dynasty (980-1009), and the other is the Khai Thái Nguyên Bảo of Trần Dynasty (1225-1400). The aim of the chemical analysis is to make clear that the Thiên Phúc Trấn Bảo is officially minted coin or privately minted coin.
