Abstract

<p>本研究の目的は,里親が里親支援機関(児童相談所・里親会・民間支援機関・里子の出身施設)に対してどのような支援ニーズをもっているかを明らかにしたうえで,今後の里親支援体制のあり方について考察することである.そのために,本研究では里親を対象に実施したアンケート調査のテキストデータの分析を行った.テキストマイニングと内容分析を行った結果,多くの里親が,民間支援機関への高い相談ニーズを有していることが明らかになるとともに,里親は相談内容やニーズに応じて,児童相談所,里親会,民間支援機関,里子の出身施設等の里親支援機関を使い分けていることが明らかになった.また,里子の出身施設と里親との連携・交流が少ない現状にあることが示唆されたことから,新たに施設に配置された里親支援専門相談員の役割を明確化することは今後の課題の一つといえる.</p>

<p>This study first clarifies what the support needs are for foster parents within the context of foster parent support organizations (for example, child guidance centers, associations of foster parents, support agencies for foster families, and residential care homes for children). Second the study provides a consideration of the future role of foster parent support organizations based on the identified needs. The research method chosen was text mining and Content Analysis.</p><p>The analysis results revealed that many foster parents had needs for strong guidance from private support organizations. Also, depending on the topics for consultation, foster parents were choosing to use various facilities, including child consultation centers, foster parent societies,private support organizations, foster parent support agencies and residential care homes for children. In addition, the results suggested that there was limited cooperation and there were few information exchanges between foster parents and staff of residential care homes for children. It was concluded consideration should be given to clarify the role of "the social workers supporting foster parents" of children newly placed in residential care homes.</p>
