Abstract

札幌望月寒川流域では厳冬期に突然気温が上がり,同時に降雨が重なることで洪水や冠水が発生する事例が見られた.厳冬期の水害の検討はこれまでほとんど見られないが,このような降雨と融雪が重なるような現象の規模や頻度,要因を調査することが災害対策の面から必要とされる.<br> 本論文では長期的な水循環を検討した既往モデルを時間単位の計算に拡張利用し,積雪期の降雨に伴って生じた望月寒川流域の水災害事例の再現を試みた.その結果,前日からの融雪と降雨の重なりによる流出量の増加が見られた.また,降雨と融雪が重なって起こるこれらの現象の規模が降雨量と融雪流出量の総和になるものとみなし,推定規模や再現期間を示した.

 In midwinter, in the Motsukisam River basin, flooding was occurred by the sudden high temperature and rainfall. Although consideration of flood damage in winter is rare, it is necessary to investigate the scale, frequency, and factor of such snowmelt during the rain for disaster countermeasures.<br> In this paper, we extend the model of the past study which examined the long-term water circulation on a daily basis to the hourly basis and tried to reproduce these events which occurred in Motsukisam river basin. As a result, snow melting coincides with rainfall from the previous day and runoff amount increased. In addition, we assumed the scale of these flooding due to snowmelt and rainfall to be the sum of the amount of rainfall and snowmelt runoff, and estimate the scale and return periods of these events.
