Abstract

In this research, we tried to capture the change of the visitor's impression along the route in the polar bear hall in Maruyama Zoo, Sapporo City. In order to capture the change of the impression, we targeted the hands-on learning type workshop in the zoo or aquarium. In addition, we used a impression thermometer that we have developed to quantitatively capture the impression felt by the participants. It became clear that it was possible to evaluate the display which dynamically captured the change of the visitor's impression along the viewing route by this method.
