観測環境の違いによる気温の鉛直分布と変動の特徴について Vertical Profiles of Temperature and Properties of Its Fluctuations for the Difference of Observational Environment

<p>気象庁大手町露場において,周辺環境が異なる2地点に熱電対温度計を設置し,気温の鉛直分布観測を行った.風通しの違いによる影響を調査したところ,周囲が物体に囲まれている方では風速が小さく,各高度の気温も高いことがわかった.また,気温変動の解析からは,プルームや冷気の下降の様子が捉えられた.この気温変動の乱流構造は開けた場所の方で顕著に見られた.周囲が物体に囲まれている場合,より低温な上層の空気と効率的な熱交換が行われないために,開けた場所よりも気温が高くなると考えられる.このような特徴によって両地点の気温差が生じている可能性がある.</p>

<p>We studied temperature profiles near ground up to 2 m heights using very thin thermocouples in order to investigate the effect of surroundings on surface air temperature (1.5 m above the ground) measured by artificial ventilated thermometers in daytime on summer. We observed at two locations (opened site and closed site surrounded by plants and structures) in meteorological enclosure in Tokyo (Otemachi). The temperature observed by the ventilated thermometers at the closed site tended to be higher, and the temperature in vertical profile tended to be also higher. In addition, we investigated the properties of temperature fluctuations. Systematic structures as plume and cold downflow were found at both sites, but we found large-scale fluctuation is more easily to develop at the opened site by correlation analysis. Therefor the surface air temperature at the closed site may be higher than the opened site, because thermal exchange with upper cooler air by the coherent structure is less performed effectively.</p>
