抄録

<p>This article analyzes the business development of tea company GY and the tea farmers who lent the use of tea plantation right in Xinyang City, Henan, which is a major production area of green tea in China, after acquiring the right to use tea plantations. The results show that the acquisition of the use of tea plantation right led to increase in the profit of the tea company, and implied that some efforts to help find new jobs for the tea famers who lost their tea plantations by lending the right are necessary for promotion of tea plantation fluidity.</p>
